Use of our apps

PresenceLabs LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our apps, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, if any, are billed through the provider shown when you subscribe. We do not store your card details.

Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresenceLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

BidPilot

Estimates and proposals generated with AI in BidPilot are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before sending them to a customer. BidPilot is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or engineering advice. Paid BidPilot plans, if any, are billed through Stripe.
